On September 5, 2025, VinUniversity officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Hop Phat – GREE Vietnam Consortium, marking a significant milestone in bridging education and research with real-world business practices, while advancing sustainability goals.
The MOU outlines several key initiatives, including:
- Developing and piloting smart air-conditioning systems integrating Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions.
- Implementing green and sustainable building solutions with smart sensors and automation.
- Sponsoring HVAC equipment for research projects at VinUni.
- Collaborating on training, seminars, and expert mentorship in green building technologies.
At the ceremony, representatives from the Hop Phat – GREE Vietnam Consortium reaffirmed their commitment to becoming a strategic partner of VinUni, supporting the commercialization of research outcomes and expanding innovation initiatives based on sustainability and social responsibility.
