Eligibility and Scope

UROP@CECS is open to all VinUni undergraduate students and involves CECS faculty and staff. No prior research experience is required to enroll in UROP, but students should discuss project expectations with faculty supervisors before applying to ensure a good fit.

All students enrolled in UROP are required to complete the short course “Fundamental Research Skills”. This course introduces students to the concept of research at the undergraduate level, helping students become familiar with fundamental research principles. A certificate of completion is required to proceed with UROP activities.

This guideline applies to all UROP participants, including students, faculty, and staff involved in the program.
